BUILT FOR REAL LIFE

Useful estimates.
Zero pressure.

We use activity MET values with your weight and time to estimate calories burned. Real energy use varies with fitness, technique, terrain and more.

Numbers can be helpful. They are not a score for your day — and you never need to earn your food.

How does the calculation work?

Estimated kcal = MET × 3.5 × weight in kg × minutes ÷ 200. This estimates total energy used during the activity, including resting energy. The displayed range is illustrative, not a measured confidence interval.
